I do love it when my boyfriend’s mum goes on holiday and it means one thing: Sephora. She goes off to the States quite regularly, so I’ve always got a little wishlist on hand to give her as she so kindly offers to pick me up some bits. This trip had a bit of a lip theme it would appear, so let’s see what I got?
We’ll just get the one bit of skincare out of the way, shall we. The Fresh Soy Face Cleanser was one I wanted to try, as it was a great size (and only $15 I think!). I’ve read a few reviews, so think this will be a wonderful morning cleanser to wake up my skin!
Down to the important bits (as I’m currently lip obsessed) so I opted for a few new shades. I wish we had easier access to the Sephora own range in the UK, as their products are fantastic! I went for the Sephora Rouge Cream Lipstick in Truth or Dare (a bit like MAC rebel) and Charmer (pink-nude) and they’re both so good, I’m obsessed with Charmer as it’s become my new favourite nude. I also got the Sephora Cream Lip Stain in 03 Strawberry Kissed which is the most gorgeous pink shade, I’m genuinely obsessed with how pigmented and dreamy this colour is!
I also got another Bite Beauty Cashmere Lip Cream in Port, which is a beautiful dark berry/wine/red shade. I decided to get this as an early start on my Autumn/Winter lip choices and it’s SO pretty. Finally, I caved into the hype and got a Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment in Rose, which is the prettiest pinky shade. I’m big on lipbalms, so I’m looking forward to seeing if this lives up to the hype!
