Would you believe I’ve never had a Glossybox before? Out of all of the beauty boxes, this is the one that hasn’t found its way into my life… until now. Why why why did I not get on the hype sooner? The Glossybox September 2015 box, dubbed ‘The Style Edition’, is definitely a fantastic first impression to the monthly beauty box brand. Containing five full sized products worth £63.64 for a mere £10, it’s one to consider picking up (here) for yourself or as a gift! Let’s see what’s inside…
Invisibobble Hair Rings | I’d seen these around but never actually got round to trying them. Since I cut my hair short and can’t get it into a topknot anymore, I tend to tie it at the base of my neck which often leaves a rubbish kink in my hair which is a pain to straighten out! However, these Invisibobbles leave no kink in at all! Praise da lawd.
Nails Inc Nail Polish in Battersea Park | I’m a big fan of Nails Inc and have, at one point, owned over 50 of their nail polishes as the quality is spot on! This khaki green shade will be perfect for AW so no doubt I’ll be throwing that on my nails soon (keep an eye on my instagram for it!)
Maria Nila Luminous Colour Masque | Designed to strengthen and protect both coloured and natural hair, this masque can be used a few times (or as often as you like) a week so give your hair a boost. I’m excited to try this, as not only will it last ages because the tub is massive, but it smells divine. Like, really good. I can’t believe it’s worth almost double the price of the box alone at £18.95 – bargain.
Marsk Eyeshadow Brush Pro | Any brush that can get my base colour onto my lid as quickly as possible is a winner to me. This dome shaped brush with ultra shiny bristles looks like it could be up to the test, so I will be trying it out ASAP! It seems to be wonderful quality from first glance though.
Bellapierre Shimmer Powder in shade Whesek | I tend to stay away from these due to fallout, but I actually love how finely milled this metallic grey shade is. I think it’ll be great for a smokey eye or blended out during this AW, so I’ll be buffing it in soon!
